We are often asked if we “just do photography” by couples who already have their ceremony details taken care of and LOVE our photography.  The answer is, yes! As professional photographers, we are available to photograph events that are not coordinated through our Elope to Orlando brand. Our photography brand, Negroni Studio, is a full-time photography studio specializing in weddings and boudoir photography.

Our rate is simple: $600 for the first 1-2 hours, then $200 for each additional hour after the second.  Service fee includes photographer’s time and all the final high resolution digital images from your event.  If you are booking one of our ceremony packages, you may extended the photographers’ continuous time, to include bridal preparations or after-ceremony celebrations, for an additional $200 per hour service fee.

We are one of the few coordinators authorized in the State of Florida to help couples obtain their Florida marriage license in absentia. This process usually takes approximately three to four weeks for couples who live in the US and a little longer (due to longer mail delivery time-frames) for couples who live out of the Country.

The service fee for this service $200 and it includes our service fee plus the State’s marriage license fee of $86.00. In addition to our service fee, you can expect to pay an extra $5-$10 in notarization services plus Priority mail fees when you mail the notarized license back to us for final processing. If you are are planning an intimate wedding, but still need assistance executing everything the day of your ceremony, hiring a coordinator for the day is the best decision you will ever make! Let your loved ones sit back and relax, enjoy your day, and allow us take care of your event. This service is also available as an add-on to any of our packages. Service fee starts at only $500 for petite weddings and it includes:

  • Unlimited contact via email and phone to answers any questions you may have
  • Up to two in-person meetings (initial and final) in the Orlando area
  • Confirm all the details with wedding vendors
  • Create a wedding day itinerary for bridal party and for vendors
  • Assistance planning and directing your wedding rehearsal if needed (Up to 1 hour)
  • Oversee and direct all the details for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception
  • Assistance setting up the ceremony and reception decor if needed
  • Assist with last-minute details including distribute vendor payments, bridal flowers, make sure the Officiant receives marriage license, etc.
  • Line up and queue wedding party and vendors during the ceremony
  • Guide guests to cocktail hour/reception location
  • Organize and direct family and wedding party for wedding photos
  • Lineup and queue bridal party reception entrance
  • Execute reception itinerary and manage reception events (bridal party entrance, first dance, cake-cutting, etc.)
  • Ensure everything is packed up and taken care after the reception is over so that the couple can head out and enjoy their honeymoon without any worries!
