INTIMATE BOTANICAL GARDEN CEREMONY – $2,199
The Intimate Botanical Garden Ceremony Package includes:
- An intimate ceremony at Harry P. Leu Gardens with up to 50 guests
- Your choice of a 10:00 AM ceremony or a 4:0 PM ceremony
- Complimentary bridal rooms for the bride and room to get ready before the ceremony
- Premium ceremony site within the garden
- Garden seating for up to 50 guests
- Ceremony Officiant
- Ceremony Photographer on site for up to two hours. You will receive all of your digital images including print rights
- Ceremony Director
- Prerecorded processional and recessional songs for the bridal party
- Complimentary weekday rehearsal (Monday through Thursday morning ONLY) – subject to our schedule availability
ENHANCEMENTS:
You may add any of the following services to your package for an additional fee:
- Ceremony Video – $475. Includes full ceremony coverage with wireless microphone on the groom, and after-ceremony photo session coverage. The couple will receive one (1) edited DVD.
- Florida Marriage License by Mail service – $200. Available to non-Florida residents only.
- Replace prerecorded music with live musician – From $350
50% retainer is required to reserve this package. The balance is due a month before your wedding.
FULL-SERVICE WEDDING PLANNING
Beach Weddings in Florida is able to provide full wedding planning services through Simply Stunning Weddings and Events – a premier Orlando Wedding Planner. Coordination packages start at only $700 for intimate ceremonies, and investment varies depending on the wedding location, number of guests, and the proximity of your wedding date.
These packages are also the perfect add-on to our ceremony packages for the couples who doesn’t want to worry about anything and let the experts take care of a smooth perfect day.
Simply Stunning Packages
Peace of Mind – From $700
For the DIY couple who already took care of most of the details and needs an experience coordinator to execute their wedding plans flawlessly giving them the time to relax and enjoy their special day!
- Conduct up to three (3) face-to-face meetings to go over wedding details
- Confirm final contracts and timing of events with all vendors prior to event
- Eight hours of wedding day coordination (including one hour of limited décor)
- Full Rehearsal
- Collect and set up personal items on wedding day (favors, guest book, programs, place cards, etc.)
- Two wedding day coordinators day of the event
- Unlimited phone calls, emails and texts to assist with planning
- Vendor referrals and assistance with vendor contracts
The Elegant Affair – From $1,400
For the couple who needs assistance planning their event plus taking care of the direction and execution of their wedding plans on their wedding day. Package includes:
- Assist in event design and décor discussion
- Collect and set up personal items on wedding day (favors, guest book, programs, place cards, etc.)
- Conduct up to four (4) face-to-face meetings to go over wedding details
- Confirm final contracts and timing of events with all vendors prior to event
- Eight hours of wedding day coordination (including two hours of limited décor)
- Final creation and distribution of timeline with all vendors
- Full Rehearsal
- Limited attendance to selected vendor appointments
- Two wedding day coordinators day of the event

For the couple who wants the “Grand Affair “, has no time to plan it, and needs the complete assistance of a Wedding Planner. Package includes:

- Assist with meal selection appointment
- Collect and set up personal items on wedding day
- Conduct up to eight (8) face-to-face meetings to go over wedding details
- Confirm final contracts and timing of events with all vendors prior to event
- Create seating charts and layout design
