Are travel, transportation, and/or accommodations included?
No. We only provide the actual ceremony service and do not arrange accommodations or transportation. The “resort” packages listed on the website do not include accommodations and you are NOT required to stay on their property to get married there.
Can I bring my own Officiant?
No, sorry. The purpose of our packages is to book our team of vendors. You can always hire us to just coordinate your wedding instead.

Which packages allows guests?
The elopement packages are for couples eloping (NO guests – except the couple’s children). The Intimate ceremony packages accommodate up to 22 people including the bride and groom.
Are all your packages available weekdays only?
The Botanical Garden is the only venue available on weekends.
Which beach to you go to?
Our beach ceremonies are held on Cocoa Beach; the closest beach to Orlando.
Is there a place to change at any of these venues?
No. You need to arrive dressed and ready to start.
We are eloping, just the two of us, but we’re interested in one of your Intimate Weddings’ venue. Is that possible?
Absolutely. However, please be advised that the venue will not discount their fees for less attendees. Therefore, the price will stay the same, even though it’s just the two of you.
Are all your packages available in the morning only?
Some venues will arrange early PM spots. Check the package description for details. Please be advised that when you are planning an elopement you cannot expect the same options available to larger weddings. The usual “weekend evening” option is rarely available for elopements, as most venues and vendors reserve those spots for their larger events. In addition, a morning ceremony it’s highly recommended over an afternoon ceremony during our rain season months (June-September) as it usually rains in the afternoon that time of the year.
Is sitting for guests available?
Only the intimate ceremony packages include guest seating. Read the package description to find out if guest seating is available or included.
Do you have reception packages?
We don’t have reception packages, however, you may hire the services of our wedding coordinator to coordinate and execute your wedding day including your reception. Click here for details.
Can you suggest a restaurant for after ceremony?
The following Orlando area restaurants arrange private dinning for small groups: 310 Park South, Seasons 52, Kres Chop House, Eddie V’s Seafood, Le Coq au Vin (French Dinning), Chez Vincent, The Capital Grille, Ceviche, Christinis, Fogo de Chao (Brazilian Steakhouse), Bice Ristorante, Chatham’s Place Restaurant, and Roy’s.
Do you help with reception arrangements?
Our ceremony packages only include the execution of the ceremony package as sold. It doesn’t include wedding coordination or assistance with reception. If you need assistance coordinating and planning your date or reception, please consider adding the “Day Of” coordination service to your package.

What happens if it rains?
For the Kraft Azalea Gardens package and the beach wedding packages, we just wait for the rain to move away to proceed with the ceremony because there is no back-up location. All other Orlando venues have a small covered area we can use for your ceremony in case of rain. The best way to avoid rain during our rain season (June – September) is to schedule a morning ceremony. It usually rains in the afternoon.
Do we meet before the ceremony or can we meet up in person to discuss our ceremony?
No, we don’t. You will meet us for the first time the day of the ceremony, a few minutes before we start. However, we will communicate via phone and email, as many times as you need us, to make sure all the details are taken care of the day of your ceremony. In addition, the day of your ceremony, the coordinator will send you a text, so that you can contact her on her cell phone if you need to talk to us right away.
Do I need a marriage license from Florida even though I don’t live there?
Yes, you do. You always need to obtain a marriage license at the State you are getting married at, regardless of where you live.
We are already legally married. Do we need a marriage license?
No, you do not. Vows renewals do not need a license because you are already married. If you are renewing your vows, please discount the marriage license by mail service fee ($200) from the package price.
I don’t live in Florida. Do I need a Florida marriage license to get married in Florida?
Yes, you do. You get a marriage license at the State you are getting married at, no matter where you live. Click here for details.
Is a Florida marriage valid at my Country?
A marriage performed in Florida is valid anywhere in the US, Canada, and the UK. For other Countries, please contact your local registrar for details. We are not attorneys and cannot provide legal advice.
What are the requirements to get married in Florida?
To get married in Florida:
- You must obtain a Florida marriage license no earlier than 60 days prior the ceremony (we help you with that!)
- You must be at least 18 years old
- There is NO residency or waiting-period for non-Florida residents. Florida residents ONLY must wait 3 days after they obtain their license to get married.
- All you need is a valid State ID or Driver’s License
- If you don’t live in the States, all you need is a valid passport
- You do NOT need a Social Security card – only the number. If you are not a US Citizen, you don’t need a Social Security Number.
- You do NOT need birth certificates or divorce papers. If you’ve been married before, all you need to know is the exact DATE of your divorce.

What’s included with the photography?
The photographer starts taking photos when the ceremony starts, followed a photo session around the venue. Packages include up to one (1) hour of photographer’s time on location including the ceremony. The couple will receive a link to download their photos with a print release approximately four weeks later. We don’t burn disks. Photos are sent electronically and you can burn your own disks as you please.
How far in advanced can I reserve your services or a package?
We are accepting reservations through the end of 2018. However, please be advised that some venue do not book more than a year out.
What happens if I have to postpone my date?
You will have to sign a new agreement and submit a new retainer. Remember – retainers are used to retain a date. If you no longer need/want that date, that date will remain open because we turned people away for your date. Therefore, retainers are NOT transferable.
