Service Terms and Conditions

About us: Our Company’s legal name is Beach Wedding in Florida, LLC.   Beach Weddings in Florida, LLC is owned and operated by Negroni Photographers, LLC.  Any reference to “us”, “we”, “our”, “BWIF”,  and “Beach Weddings in Florida”,  a includes Beach Wedding in Florida, LLC, its subcontractors, affiliates and suppliers. Any reference to “couple”, “you” or “customer” includes bride, groom, family members, friends or any person accessing and using this web site to reserve any service offered by Beach Weddings In Florida, LLC.

Retainers: A Nonrefundable Retainer is required to reserve any ceremony package when you reserve our services for a date one month or more away from the date of your reservation. Although the Retainer payment is discounted from the total package price, this money is not a payment for future service but is immediate compensation for holding our services just for you, for a specific date and time.  Retainer payment may include your initial consultation, access to private and privileged information about our services and the time spend on planning and assisting with your reservation.  In summary, when you pay your Retainer, this payment covers the services provided to you before the actual ceremony service.

Balances:   The balance (total minus Retainer) is due one month prior your ceremony. Reservations with a pending balance beyond the due date are subject to cancellation without notice and any monies paid towards the reservation are forfeited and not refundable.

Beach Ceremony Times:   ALL beach ceremonies are held between one to two hours before sunset, depending on the package and location.  Any earlier than near sunset the weather is too hot, the beaches are packed with people, parking is difficult to find, and it’s too bright for photos. We do NOT arrange morning, or mid-afternoon weddings; no exceptions.  We will choose a time we believe works best for you and include it into your agreement.

Beach Weddings Guest Limits:

  1. Intimate ceremony packages accommodate a maximum of 50 guests plus bridal party.  If your final guest count exceeds 50 guests, you will be required to update to a Standard package – no exceptions. You cannot just “add chairs” beyond 50 because we need to include the additional time our vendor will spend arranging and coordinating a larger event.
  2. Standard ceremony packages accommodate a maximum of 100 seated guests.
  3. If your final guest count exceeds the number of chairs included with your package, you are required to add seating arrangements for an additional fee of $10 per guest.  Standing guests will NOT be allowed. Only the bridal party (bride, groom, bridesmaids, etc.) stand during the ceremony and do  not require seating arrangements.

Changes to our packages: Our prices and packages’ content are subject to change anytime without notice. Couples that reserve NOW are subject to CURRENT package descriptions and CURRENT prices. After you reserve and pay your Retainer, future changes DO NOT affect you.

Postponements:

    1. You may postpone your event only once for a later date as long as you give us 65 calendar days advanced notice – subject to OUR calendar availability. Your MUST give us your new date at the time of your postponement.  Your new date cannot be more than 6 months away from your original date.  New dates are subject to our availability; you must pick a date that we do have open.
    2. If you postpone your event more than 65 calendar days away from your event date for any reason, you can apply your Retainer, minus location and vendor’s penalty fees if applicable, towards a future ceremony date no more than 6 months away from your original ceremony date. New dates are subject to availability.
    3. If your package includes or you pay additional for a Florida Marriage License by Mail service and the Clerk of the Courts has already issued your license, you might need to pay for a second license because licenses’ valid dates cannot be changed.
    4. If you reserved a package which includes a paid location, you may loose those fees subject to the location cancellation/postponement rules.
    5. Special offers and discounted services and packages cannot be postponed for a later date. If you would like to postpone your ceremony for a future date and are giving us the required advanced notice as stated above, you may use the money already paid towards a future date BUT you would need to reserve a regular-priced package instead; the discounted package cannot be postponed.

No Shows are NOT refundable and will not be rescheduled.  If our team shows up to the ceremony location, our job is considered complete and there are no refunds unless the bride and/or groom ONLY (does not apply to guests or third-parties regardless of relation) were involved in a medical emergency themselves.  In that case, we will try to accommodate you for a future date, but no refunds are possible. Proof of hospitalization will be required.  If your ceremony was scheduled at a paid location, you might loose your location fees subject to the location’s rules. Also, you might need a new marriage license.

Cancellation Policy:

    1. Retainers are used to retain our services for YOU and turn everyone else away.  Retainers are NOT refundable and are NOT transferable under ANY circumstances – no exceptions – if you cancel your reservation you do not get your Retainer back.
    2. If you paid in full and cancel your reservation more than 65 calendar days away from your ceremony date, all monies will be refunded within 65 days from your cancellation date except for the nonrefundable Retainer, marriage license fees and any location fees or penalties if applicable.
    3. If you cancel your ceremony with 65 days or less advanced notice, no refunds will be given under any circumstances.
