“SIMPLE & TROPICAL” INTIMATE BEACH CEREMONY PACKAGE – $1,699

This package is priced at $1,699 and it includes:

1. An intimate ceremony with no more than 50 guests on Cocoa Beach, Ponce Inlet (near Daytona Beach), Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, or Siesta Key (Sarasota Beach). Those are the only Cities we perform weddings at. Please read our FAQ’s section below for more details.
2. Ceremony Officiant (Officiant is the person that gets you married)
3. Ceremony Photographer on site for up to one hour. You will receive all of your digital images including print rights.
4. Ceremony Coordinator – will assist with the planning and execution of your ceremony including:
   • Assistance selecting a ceremony location if needed
   • Assistance securing a beach permit if needed
   • Assistance with your selection of colors and ceremony choices
   • Vendor referrals
   • The setup and take-down of your decorations and chairs
   • Ceremony direction to ensure that everything flows smoothly
5. Our signature bamboo canopy decorated in your choice of colors
6. Complimentary seating for the first 20 guests. Includes covers and sashes.
7. Prerecorded processional and recessional songs from our collection

ENHANCEMENTS:
You may add any of the following services to your package for an additional fee:

1. Additional seating – $10 each. Includes your choice of covers and sashes.
2. Weekday rehearsal – $250 – $350 depending on location
3. Florida Marriage License by Mail service – $200. Available to non-Florida residents only.
4. Fresh orchid petals on the aisleway – From $75 depending on coverage
5. Replace standard recorded music with live steel drums musician – $350. The musician will play during the guest seating, processional, and recessional (1-hour max).
6. Ceremony Videographer – $375.  Videographer on site for up to one (1) hour. Includes ceremony coverage with wireless microphone on the Officiant, and after-ceremony photo shoot around the beach. The couple will receive one (1) Edited DVD.
7. Referrals to other vendors, services, and venues – complimentary with your booking

A $500 retainer is required to reserve this package.
The balance is due a month before your wedding.

“TROPICAL OASIS” INTIMATE BEACH CEREMONY PACKAGE – $1,999

This package is priced at $1,999 and it includes:

1. An intimate ceremony with no more than 50 guests total within our service area
   
2. Ceremony Officiant
3. Ceremony Photographer on site for up to one hour. You will receive all of your digital images including print rights.
4. Ceremony Coordinator
5. Our signature bamboo canopy decorated in your choice of colors
6. The aisle way decorated with fresh tropical greenery, tropical flowers and orchid petals. We do NOT use silk arrangements on our aisle ways! The flowers on the aisle ways are FRESH sent to us directly from Hawaii.
   
7. Complimentary seating for the first 20 guests. Includes covers and sashes.

This package is priced at $2,599 and it includes:

1. An intimate ceremony with no more than 50 guests total within our service area

3. Ceremony Photographer on site for up to one hour. You will receive all of your digital images including print rights.
4. Ceremony Coordinator
5. Our signature bamboo canopy decorated in your choice of colors
6. The aisle way decorated with fresh tropical greenery, tropical flowers and orchid petals
7. Elegant seating for up to 50 guests. Includes covers and sashes.
8. Live steel drums musician to play your choice of music during the guest arrival & seating, the processional, the recessional, and during the immediate family & bridal party photos.

ENHANCEMENTS:

“ALL INCLUSIVE” INTIMATE BEACH CEREMONY PACKAGE – $3,499

This package is priced at $3,499 and it includes:

1. An intimate ceremony with no more than 50 guests total within our service area
2. Ceremony Officiant
3. Photographer on site for up to two hours. You will receive all of your digital images including print rights.
4. Ceremony Coordinator
5. Our signature bamboo canopy decorated in your choice of colors
6. Elegant seating for up to 50 guests. Includes covers and sashes.
7. The aisle way decorated with fresh tropical greenery, tropical flowers and orchid petals
8. Steel drums musician for up to 90 minutes. The musician will play music during guest seating, the processional, the recessional, and during the immediate family photos.
9. VIP Guest Service – service includes:
• Reserved seating placement for VIP guests
• Wedding bubbles
• Wedding programs
• Our signature “Keeping it Cool” station – parasols, fans, and chilled bottle water will keep your guests cool and comfortable on the beach.
10. Videographer on site for up to two hours. Includes full ceremony coverage with wireless microphone on the groom, and after-ceremony photo session coverage. The couple will receive one (2) edited DVDs.
11. Complimentary weekday (Monday through Thursday) ceremony rehearsal on site (subject to availability and not available at all locations).
